I visited the shop twice for getting advice and carrying in. Finished clothes look professional, but another one didn't look good like the same person's job. There is always an expert in the shop, but there is another salesclerk that doesn't look confident. So I thought that the expert teaches the salesclerk to do the same service as the expert does. This is a place for their lesson? I don't go there ever again. The shops at Shinbashi or Ueno Matsuzakaya would have better service because it seems like there are lots of customers nagging.

The staff at the entrance was bossy and treated me badly. I'll never go to that shop.
