I didn’t have any plan to buy at that day, but shop staffs’ customer service was so good that I couldn’t help but buy one. I was looking at skirts for preview cuz it was before a bargain and I was going to buy one on sale. But she was so kind! She looked for & brought various tops to match the skirt, or asked me clothes I already had and suggested some coordination.. She was a hardest worker and willing to wait on me. She was awesome and I thought I wanna wear it soon, then finally I bought. I’m going to speak to her again!
There are many lace-based clothes, the atmosphere of shop is like a western style house. Shop staffs are kind, too, they told me value information, for example, a bargain sale term or we should check stock before buy it. axes femme arrive new items everyday, so just looking at the store is also fun.
I like feminine clothes so often go to axes femme, which has many ruffled lace clothes. Colors are elegant so not too loud even with ruffle or lace, any ages can wear this shop items, I think. There are also party dresses or party accessories. Only at this shop we can buy outlet limited items of axes femme in Hokkaido, it's really helpful.
My birthday was coming so purchased a dress to pamper myself at this shop recently. It was a green elegant coolared dress, looks cute and comfy, I really like it. This shop has many a bit elegant clothes so I want to come here again. I was a bit sorry shop assistants spoke to too much than other shops. Some different staffs spoke to me about what I want, it made me irritated a little. It' better to leave us alone more, I thought.
I found out that Axes Femme, which only had one shop in AEON Kurashiki in Okayama, opened a new branch in AEON Okayama and went there.
There were crowded and the shop assistants got stuck at the tills to serve customers as the newly opened shop seemed well attract people.
Many items were very cute, looking like dolls' outfit. The shop is on the 4th floor, the other side of food maison, using the East entrance and going up on the East lift.
I went to Axes in Kisogawa Kirio around 9am on the new year's day a year ago, holding my new year's gift money from dad. That was an hour before opening but there was a long queue and I could just see the main door in distance.
I rushed to Axes as soon as the doors opened but the queue was already there, I joined it worrying if all the lucky bags would be sold out before my turn.
The shop itself was very crowded and the shop assistants looked so busy running around the tills and shouting outside to get more customers.
At last, my turn came and I bought a bag for 5,000yen.
I opened it when I came home, a Red high neck jumper with lace sleeves, a Black cardigan with sequins around the neck line, a floral tunic and a Peach tutu-like skirt so it offered a whole co-ordination with the items in the bag.
I bought a lucky bag at the shop's new year sale as that brand didn't take pre-orders.
I heard the they would be sold out straight after they opened so I queued up 2 hours before opening.
The shop was in APIA and I didn't expected long queue but there were more people than I thought. Since another branch in AEON closed down, their customers moved to this one. So crowded and people were pushing around, so I was frustrated as long as I remembered. The lucky bag was 10,000yen.
The contents were a coat, a few tops, a dress, a camisole dress etc. and that was worth buy as it was much cheaper than buying them individually but we weren't allowed to try them on, The coat was too tight when I tried it at home as my concern, sometimes coats were smaller side than the size tags. It was shame..
We also didn't know what sort of colour tones inside, disappointed. With this bitter experience, I'm not actively buying lucky bag since.
I was looking for a pair of lace gloves for my friend's wedding and bought them here.
When they are poor made, lace parts easily go fray or make holes but the pair from AXES look durable and lasting long.
As well as clothes for daily use, they have dresses for casual parties or wedding receptions, I often go there. The shop assistants are pretty and frankly talk to customers so you can shop without feeling nervous.
The shop looks feminine but gives us some nostalgic feeling. I never came to this shop before as I thought their clothes weren't really for me but decided to com in because the item I saw from outside the shop looked cute. There were many plain designs and price was reasonable. I bought a skirt I could co-ordinate in different style. Even if you are not in feminine style, you can probably like them.
I first went to that shop about a year ago. All the shop assistants are very friendly and offer the very enjoyable moment. The items are delicately made in details and pretty, it's my favourite shop.
I always buy too many items as their new arrivals come in so often. Their staff blog is interesting and I'd like everybody to read it as you can get a lot of information such as new arrivals, good value for money items and co-ordination ideas etc. It's on the ground floor in CLAIR in Kumamoto and please go and have a look if you are interested in!
