I went to look for a new born baby gift as my acquaintance gave birth. The shop's atmosphere was so so. The greetings from shop assistants were exactly same as the manual book and were scary. The female shop assistant who had been smoking at the back of the shop came to me with a smile. She looked like a single but recommended kids clothes to me. Because I had a budget, I told her but she recommended the expensive item saying it was more popular. Although I wanted to look around by myself, she came towards me while folding clothes and talked to me. We ended up with a casual conversation in the end, but I didn't like her bland questions. I knew she was desperate, though.
I always do window shopping there and check its clothes. I bought a kid's hat that I was keen on. It was a check hat in cool design and the fabric was sturdy. I was very happy with it. There were some T-shirts at reduced price on the hanger rail near the entrance and I happened to buy a T-shirt for myself as well. I like it as the design is simple and it's comfortable. Both male and female shop assistants always look neat and clean. I'm pleased as they politely and refreshingly serve us.
I often buy at this shop and I always enjoy shopping as all the shop assistants are very polite and friendly. When I went to buy some Winter items, the staff chose clothes from scratch and she went to the back so many times to check the stock availability. It's really a friendly shop that we can casually pop in even when we don't buy clothes. It's easy to find as the shop is near the grocery section in AEON Wakamatsu store..
The shop is in the North 2nd avenue in the tenant street within SHIMONOSEKI SEEMALL but it temporarily moved to other place as it was during the sale period. I bought a Grey Summer sleeveless top as it was extremely cheap as 70% off. The staff was good looking and very nice. He politely explained how to wash the item despite it was less than 1,000yen. Although I was thinking about a skirt in marine style at about 2,000yen, he kindly accepted the exchange.
This shop has a very luxurious atmosphere on the interior and items, and it has many good quality clothes compared to other COMME CA ISM shops. It's on 2nd floor within Lalaport and eye-catching for the above reasons. When I went there, even the price on the Summer silk jumper was reasonable as it had a sale. I felt that the price was good for the quality items. Although I was just window shopping without any particular items in mind, it was a shop that I wanted to come back after the payday. Bear in mind that the men's section is difficult to find as it's around the back after going out of the store.
I was wandering around in AMU Plaza without any purpose. I went about 5 shops I was keen on but I never found any shop with such brilliant service other than this shop! I was so disgusted with the staff at ART/BERG I went just before I came here, but I then came across this superb service. Very calm and never said anything unnecessary, and customer-centred service. I was very relieved. ♪ I could shop feeling good there as they smoothly ordered the item that was out of stock. I want to go there again. ♪
I bought a pair of suits for women since I suddenly needed one. I could not think of any other store where I can buy suits around the station except here, I was so worried if they did not carry the size I want, but they carried basic designs with various sizes. I told them I had only 30 minutes, and they ordered fixing length of the pants first. While they are fixing them I chose a innerwear. They even reminded to me to buy small goodies like stocking and told me that I can get them cheap at the pharmacy store nearby and that was helpful. I was not so sure how the station had been structured, but they were nice enough to guide my to the destination and they were super nice.
I passed in front of the store with my family 30 minutes before closing. The male and the female store associate by the cashier who were not busy glared at us and were talking and I felt like they were talking ill of us and it was uncomfortable. I thought maybe I cared too much, but after a few minutes later I passed in front of the store again and they were as if glaring at us and was highly uncomfortable. I do not go to store that has such store associates work anyway...
I went to the shop to buy my son's clothes on the day Amu Plaza opened.
The way the staff treat customers in COMME CA has been very nice since long time ago! I also went to CECIL McBEE and I was a bit tired as the staff was too pushy but I enjoyed in COMME CA I visited last ♪
I couldn't see the size as the items were packed in but the staff kindly took the items out of the bags and I decided to buy a larger one after compared the sizes!
I was pleased to choose that size when my son tried it on after I came home. I also bought a pair of leg warmers and I want to put them on him for his first celebration event! I want to go again ♪
I bought a trench coat. I wanted it for a long time but I couldn't find what I liked. When I was looking around, the staff from COMME CA started talking to me with a smile and kindly gave me some co-ordination ideas. I didn't go to that shop very often but she remembered my face and the way she served me was very likable. It was very helpful as she told me how to wear it and how to co-ordinate because it was my first trench coat.! The shop is lively when the sale is on and we can enjoy shopping. They send me postcards for some beneficial information and events.
The shop is in YUME TOWN YUKUHASHI and it's on 2nd floor in the new building, the opposite is a hat shop.
