No amiability or greeting and just gathered around the till. They ignored me when I passed by. No greeting, even 'Can I help?'. There was no shop assistant who was going to tidy up items even when they were messy. They were expressionless and looked scary anyway. I decided to go home because my purchase desire disappeared. They are at the bottom in the service industry.
Although I was enjoying shopping, the staff had no amiability. She had an aura like 'Why are you here?'. I got angry as a customer because she was in the service industry. I like FOREVER21 but the staff was expressionless. It only makes shop's reputation down.
The price on the items was reasonable and the staff's service was very nice. I wanted to go again!
The purchases were 3 dresses, a jacket, 3 pairs of trousers and 5 accessories. The shop assistants were very cheerful and all of them were serving with smiles. This is one of the shops that fashionable girls gather, and I can learn the fashion just by looking at them. Sometimes I'm tempted to buy items that other girls are looking at. Such thing happened this time and I bought an item that other customer was looking at, as well as the items recommended by the staff. The shop is close from Shibuya station in the walking distance and it's easy to pop in.
I bought 2 dresses at FOREVER21 in the renewed LUCUA1100! It was very cute mini dress with Black lace on the shoulder parts that were see-through. Another one was a Blue mini dress. I can't live without dresses as it's hot in Summer! I buy from FOREVER21 every season as the items are trendy and I can always find fashionable clothes despite the price is reasonable! The staff was very kind, giving us coordination advice when we got stuck with what to buy, and also handing the shopping baskets to us.
It is located near crosswalk from Jingu-mae, and there are H&M or Takeshita street nearby and located in a convinient place. On the first floor as you go in, they displays trendy items, and you can get those items as soon as possible. They have stairs, elevators and escalators inside the store, and you could quickly change the floor even when it is crowded. They usually have sales clothing on the ground floor, so if you are looking for good deal merchandise, I would recommend to start from the ground floor and go up.
I went there with my friend during Bank Holiday week. I bought a pair of pumps.
I was looking around to buy a shoes and so pleased to find the pretty pair. However the staff in this shop who always has no face expression looks a bit scary. I think it's easier to go there if they serve customers with smiles. I couldn't take time to look around as the shop was so crowded due to Bank Holiday week. I didn't even know where to queue up so most customers were confused, I hope they improve this.
I bought the followings: a denim over all, a lace-cut t-shirt, box patterned shorts, border knit long cardigan, sunglasses, earrings, and a pair of blade fake leather flip flops. I drove there, and it was located right in the second floor of Cocoon, from the third floor P3 parking lot and you will not miss it. The store was spacious, and even I did not know where to start, but it was fun because they had various items. I went into the store as soon as they opened the store, but soon after it got crowded, and by before lunch there was a long line. The only sad thing was that from the time the opened the store, the round was not ready, and the clothing were not folded, missing flat mats to take off shoes in the fitting rooms, did not have baskets to place your baggages, and they did not even have hangers and only had hooks, so even after you take your clothing off, or the bag you were holding, you cannot place them on the floor, and it was hard to change with shoes on. It was dusty in the fitting rooms too. Also if the ladies in the cashier asked me "are you using parking lot today?" then I did not have to return from the parking lot to the store... I did not know I would have to pay for parking lot inside the store since I came here for the first time. The location and the merchandise were very good, so I hope they would improve the customer service and clean the store more.
It's over 2 floors on 3rd and 4th floor in Daiba City, the inside is very big. There are many pretty items! And the price is quite reasonable. They have many hats, accessories and small items as well as clothing. You can co-ordinate fully at reasonable price from head to toe. You can choose the items from lounge wear, daily use to fashionable clothes for outing as there are wide variety of items provided. Pretty kids' wear is also available.
Me and my kid enjoyed shopping together! The staff was nice and the shop had a bright atmosphere.
I love FOREVER21 and often go to various shops but this Shibuya shop is the one I go most.
It's not very big but I think the items are well place for easy viewing. There are many casual clothes in different designs that are all unique on each floor and the price is reasonable, it's ideal to try something new.
I often buy tops from this shop whatever the season is. I bought many knitwear in bright colours. Even those in flashy colours go with my own trousers or skirts nicely so I totally rely on this shop when I want to add something.
