I bought a T-shirt, shorts and sneakers. At first I went and visited the shop to get shorts, there are so many items that I decided to but a T-shirt, too. When I asked a staff a T-shirt to match shorts she answered soon with smile, and more she told me shoes to match the T-shirt and shorts. I got a good impression on not only abundant line-up products but also the shop are so large. Manpower is sufficient and they answer anything speedy and smiley when we ask sth. They all are good.
It’s cold so I bought a duffel coat and knitted cap. I have kids and it’s difficult for me to go out a fashionable place, but I wanted to get new clothes even though its cheap. So the shopping was nice. I could check products online in advance, so I could decide soon at the shop. Unfortunately it was a rainy day, but the shop is located in WAKABA-WALK and roofs continued from a parking area to there. Very helpful for mom and kids!
The large shop space is feature of this shop, but at the same time it’s easy to disorder products. I’d mind it since before, but recently customer service is getting better. For example, they ask customers to collect hungers completely, shop assistants were stationed each section, so they get to be able to keep tidy up products well. This time I could find items I wanted but not the perfect size, so assistants checked and asked other shops to have stock or not immediately. I was impressed their great customer service.
The shop has many shop branches so I often visit one expect Naka shop. When I visited Naka shop for the first time, I felt it’s easier to look at clothes than other shops. The display is similar to other shops but shop assistants are always look around and get clothes in place. Then when we pay, cashiers wait on us with smile from the beginning to the end. That will be a matter of course, but I was very impressed. I could do shopping pleasantly. I felt every assistant could consider customers well.
When I looked at products staffs didn’t recommend any coordination, but display was good for thinking coordination; there are the rack of bottoms under the rack of knits. At this visit I purchased 2 pullovers-sweaters of middle-gauge knit. I didn’t try on and went a cash desk straightly. When I made a line, soon another staff came, so I could purchase them without waiting. It was great.
I was looking for a denim skirt in GU, but choosing size was difficult for me, shop assistants took care of me so much. They chose my perfect size, also they chose tops to match the skirt. Total price was less than 5,000yen, I could do very reasonable shopping. Inside GU is bright so item’s colors look beautiful. The white floor makes elegant atmosphere so I like it.
I bought a mini-length knit, a knitted top and lounger. GU has many things from simple products to loud one, so any genre people can match wear easily. There are many loungers, too. Also we can check discount items or new information on the application on the phone. The location is easy to find comparatively, the shop is big, too. But it’s difficult to enter the shop if you come from the opposite lane cuz of heavy traffic.
I went to First Sale in RINKU PREMIUM OUTLETS on January 3rd. I arrived around there about 3:00pm but there was a traffic jam from the exit of expressway and took long time to the parking area. In the outlet mall, the premises are large but passages are a bit narrow. It’s no problem that we just walked, but sometimes I almost bumped into people. Each shops’ space are not so large, neither, that I stood in line though shops wasn’t be crowded. Although all products had on a bargain sale, but ordinary items has outlet prices so I could be satisfied with this shopping. I purchased children’s wear in RALPH LAUREN, and a coat in INTER PLANET. RALPH LAUREN was very crowded but the number of cashiers and staffs were enough so I didn’t have to wait for payment. I dropped by SEACLE, which is connected directly with the main building of RINKU PREMIUM OUTLETS by footbridge. There was not so crowded but only one large nursing room was full. I purchased a pair of pajamas for discount price in GU. GU’s products were basically low-price, so I could get it more cheaply.
I went to GU in arucakit-Kinshicho a few days ago. I have a GU’s membership of cellphone and I got a e-mail to telling about a bargain sale. My favorite items were also discounted so I headed to the store with holding my baby. The information is big help for mom, who have a baby including me. We can check advertisement on the phone so we don’t have to look around the shop. We can understand products launch easily so really easy to do shopping. Many customers made long line for payment cuz of the bargain sale, each staffs wait on us with smile. Great.
This GU is quite large and it can't be compared to my hometown's GU! It's too large to look at all items. Every item is low-price so we can buy anything without hesitation. Recently Rola became a poster girl so I came to like GU more. I feel there are many foreign customers, too. It's so cheap that they may do shopping during their trip in Japan, I think.
