It's just up the escalator on 6th floor in Utsunomiya PARCO. The shop is smaller side but you can satisfied there.
It's on 6th floor in PARCO in Utsunomiya city centre. I often buys jacket in Winter time.
Mountain parkas are recommended.
You might think that mountain parkas are not suitable in town but many parkas from this shop look casual and I use it through the Winter. The shop is small but it has many varieties of designs and the shop assistants look fashionable, cheerful an helpful, so they make my shopping go smoothly.
