Bought a White shirt. Although the inside of H&M is difficult to look at the items as they are quite messy, I can feel happy when I find something I like. Also many fabric is thin but the designs and silhouette are beautiful as they nicely fit to body. The price is reasonable and it's see-through type but I want to wear this shirt with different colours of inner wear as it's in Summer. It looks cute with sunglasses hooked on the chest. I want to go there again as the bargain sale at WAKAYAMA AEON seems longer.
This shop is on the ground floor within Lalaport and it is stretched to the 2nd floor as well. The ground floor was for ladies items and I went to look for a pair of Black skinny trousers. My boyfriend came with me and he said that more than half space on the 2nd floor was for ladies items, and there weren't many men's items. Although I didn't buy the trousers because they didn't have them in my size, boyfriend saw that the ladies hoodies were sold at the sale price of 1,000yen, and bought the Red one as the large size was perfect for him. It became one of the shops that I wanted to go again as the shop was big and easy to look around.
There are many trendy items at reasonable price. Although there are many unique items, also many chic clothes are available. Many shop assistants are in unique style and I can learn coordination from them. Regarding kids clothes, the fabric was quite sturdy and there were some character T-shirts as well. There are also many men's items accompanied by a quite few male shop assistants and it's ideal to shop as a family.
The staff's service attitude is out of question! They almost ignored at the fitting rooms.
Went for bulk-buy for kids' Summer clothes. I went there after a long time but it became easier to look for the items as the size was shown in Japanese way such as '100cm' etc. that used to be in overseas size before. The kids' floor is very big and it's divided into kids and babies. There were many varieties of clothes from casual clothes to dresses, and the designs were also very cute. I was glad that I could buy many items as the price was reasonable. The T-shirts and shorts were from 300yen, and dresses were less than 1,000yen. I want to go there again for more kids' clothes when the season changes.
The shop is on the 2nd floor within the NORTH MALL. It's very big and occupies a third of the floor. Went to look for some Summer clothes for my 1-year-old kid. Because the price was originally reasonable, there were some clothes sold at 100yen each. The girls clothes seemed to have more bargain items compared to boys clothes. Although the shop was big, there weren't as many babies' clothes as expected and most items were ladies items. I didn't see the shop assistants as the shop was big and many customers were there. There were some maternity items. It had many tops, skirts and trousers in cute designs and the price was reasonable. There were also some underwear etc.
H&M is very attractive as the staff doesn't talk to customers without necessary and we can casually shop. Although I don't know whether that is about their private lives or work-related topics, it's a shame that they often talk each other and it's difficult to talk to them. The staff who is in charge of the fitting rooms and cashiers looked business-like without much smiling and I felt they were cold-hearted overall. There are many nice items and I think I can shop comfortably if there are more shop assistants with smiles. The shop is clean as the staff keep it up, and I feel good. I would go more often if there are more smiles.
The shop is just after the ground floor Hanshin Koshien Side entrance. It has men' ladies', kids' and babies' items. I went to look for some tops and trousers for my 1-year old son. The price on the kids' clothes was very reasonable and the designs were chic and cute. Their sizing is quite bigger than the Japanese standard. I thought especially the tops were bigger. I bought them 2 sizes smaller and they perfectly fitted him. Basically the staff doesn't talk to customers.
The service was out of question anyway!! When the card payment was done, it was a female shop assistant. 1. Normally wouldn't they give us the card machine facing towards customers when PIN was required? Why was it facing towards them? How could I key PIN in? 2. She returned the card to me without saying anything. Shouldn't she say anything? Couldn't say Thank you? 3. She just disappeared without saying anything! Was she a ghost!! What was going on?
I was going to overseas trip and went to this shop as I wanted to buy some items that would suit the resort at beach. The staff recommended a White dress in cotton when I asked her. I tried it on but it didn't fit my body shape, and the staff soon found something similar in the shop. I liked and bought it. I don't normally wear accessories but the staff advised that it would be easier to encourage myself to wear the flashy accessories at the overseas resort, and she gave me some coordination ideas on the accessories that suited the dress. The shop is within a shopping mall and the staff is extremely busy during weekends but it's easy to ask for their coordination advice on weekdays.
