I purchased 2 men’s scarfs in montbell. There was no customer service when I looked at items, but the scarf I was looking for as a gift was displayed at an obvious place near the entrance, so I could find it out easily. A staff explained how different free and charge wrapping were in detail when clothing. I could have valuable shopping.
I bought clothes for my friend’s baby gift. Her baby is boy so I get a green baby wear. Baby clothes of mont-bell is simple and really cute. Also, it has good functionally and looked warmly so she was very pleased. The price was cheap than I expected, staffs were decent people and talked to me kindly. They ordered items even a size was out of stock soon, in addition, wrapped it politely. Nice shop.
I went out to First Sale with my kid and husband on January 2nd. We arrived around 10:30 am and I was excited with full expectation. It was the first day of First Sale so there was chaos. It was hard for us only to pass each other. When I entered our purpose shop, mont-bell, many customers were with their family and I felt many of them were looked at down jackets or warm jackets. At that day We purchased a black outer of GORE TEX when my husband put on during work. The price tag was 22,900yen but it became cheaper at a cash desk, so we could buy it about 20,000yen. It was valuable purchase. Also, we purchased bread lucky bag at Hokkaido-Loco, which sells products made in Hokkaido, then drew a New Year’s lot. We could enjoy the shopping and New Year’s day fully.
Going into the middle of winter, although I wouldn't go climbing mountains, I bought a down jacket.
Montbell shop has many cold proof items for mountain climbing etc. and their quality is one of the best.
The down jacket looks thinner but it warmed me up as soon as putting on.
Because of the thinness, we can fold and put it away easily.
The inner and other items are very soft and you can feel warm, much better than the jackets from other brands. Although I went to buy it for just myself, they looked extremely good so I got another one for my kid.
I popped in to this shop on a way home from work, and bought a beanie.
They have many clothes for climbing and other outdoor goods, outlet items are reasonable.
There were varieties of hats in different sizes so I could find what I like easily.
The inside is big and you can enjoy looking around between the small goods.
They have many shop assistants and they come to help you no time whenever you call them.
