I went to the ROPE bargain sale in Maru Building around 7pm on the way back home from work when the bargain sale was approaching the final stage at the end of July. Because the sale passed its peak timing, I could shop with asking the staff's advice as the shop wasn't busy. There were less sale items and many Autumn new arrivals. I couldn't help looking at the those clothes rather than the sale items. However the main objects were the sale items! The small size on most items were out of stock and there were some items that I had to sadly give up even when I found something I liked. All were much cheaper as the price was reduced again for the final stage of the sale. I bought a simple combo that I could wear until the beginning of Autumn, and a midi length skirt that was this year's trend. I was pleased to be able to buy the trendy items at the sale price as I was concerned to pay the full price for those. I also bought 2 Autumn items recommended by the staff at the sale price. It was satisfactory shopping.
I went to Hiroshima PARCO on 4th July. To URBAN RESEARCH, URBAN RESEARCH DOORS, ANE MONE, UNITED ARROWS, ROPE, CUPOLA and UNITED ARROWS GREEN LABEL, precisely. The store was extremely crowded as it was on Saturday and the sale just started from 1st July. Not many shop assistants were serving customers as most shops were full of people and they were too busy for tidying clothes up, bringing the items out of stocks or looking after the tills. I bought a top at UNITED ARROWS. This PARCO shop is an only UNITED ARROWS here in Hiroshima and it's the shop that sells most in PARCO. Therefore there were more people than other shops and they even provided temporary fitting rooms. I thought that each one of the shop assistants knew what to do as it was busy this time every year. Even when I tried clothes on, the staff served me nicely, not treating me lazily at all.
I was looking for a jacket to wear at a party after my friend's wedding last month. Because I never attended such party, I was worried if that jacket was suitable. However the staff politely advised me based on her own experience and I could find a nice item. The inside is a bit small but has a chic atmosphere and I happened to buy a basket bag as it looked nice on display. The staff also told me how to hold it and recommended some coordination when I was thinking about the bag. The buying procedure went very smoothly and I felt very good. I bought some items from this brand at other shops but any staff in all shops was kind.
I decided to buy after try the new clothing on, and the cashier tried to wrap it without asking me anything so I asked her if she had any new one in the back, but she looked annoyed and doubtfully answered that it was the last one. If it really were the last one, I would feel better if she told me so, and if it were for fitting on, I would want her to check if there were any defects. I liked the merchandise, but was dissappointed by the store associate. Maybe I cared too much, but it was expensive shopping... I would not go to the store in Machida again.
I bought knit suits (blue) co-produced by Ogge and a down coat (beige) that goes well with the suits. The knit was very fluffy and had a great feel to it. The down coat was very light and its collar beautifully stands and I liked the design very much. The store associates here were fashionable, and cute so it was fun shopping around. Their customer service was excellent, and they gave a lot of suggestion of pairing ups while we talked. The store was open and it was easy to enter and it was bright inside so I cannot help stopping by on the way to home frome work.
I went there to buy some clothes that would make me look 'lovable nice lady' as I was going to see my boyfriend's parents. I told the staff and she recommended many chic and pretty clothes that were very much ROPE! I tried many on and decided to buy a dress in the end. The staff was very kind and recommended me more items as well and gave me some advice how to behave when seeing boyfriend's parent. (lol) It's a bigger shop closer to Mitsukoshi. The next door is a bakery.
I bought a pair of beautiful Indigo Blue denim trousers. I don't normally wear denim trousers but I saw a nice pair and tried them on, then I instantly bought them as they were in nice silhouette that ROPE was famous for. They weren't in stretchy materials but ever so comfortable, I wear them a lot.
The staff kindly helped me out and recommended a shirt for the denim but I had to give it up as they didn't have my size. However, the staff was not too pushy but showed me many items, so it made me think of coming back some other time!
Because the shop is located the other side of the 1st basement entrance and there are not so many passers by, it's a lovely shop where we can take time for shopping.
I bought a yellow chiffon skirt and dark blue knit ensemble. When I was looking at the vivid yellow chiffon skirt that I fell in love with, a salesclerk brought me knit ensemble with perl jewels. I bought them both. She has a good taste and shows me what would be good on me. The shop is located on the 2nd floor, and you can see it on your left when you take an elevator. The shop has a good taste, feminine, and conservative for work. I often visit the shop for shopping. I get a compliment a lot.
