I popped in on the way from other shop. The sale items and Autumn items were placed alongside. When I was taking the items in my hands, the staff came to talk to me and I tried some on. I also tried on the items that I liked before and was now being sold at bargain price, and she gave me some advice on coordination ideas. I bought 3 items including a newly arrived dress, a top and a denim shirt that were from the sale items, and they were very good buy as they offered further 20% off when bought 2 sale items.

I bought a coat at the end of the year. I have been to the store before, but I like how the store associates are not the salesmen like, and I could really enjoy shopping, taking time. They did an excellent customer service. The coat I purchased has a several different ways to wear, and I did a reaction as if I was watching one of those tv sales commercial when I first saw it. Because it is a winter coat, I wanted to choose the best one, so I told them that I would wanted to look around and left the store once, but they did not make a face, and they smiled at me. The store organizes their cloting by genre so it is easy to see whenever I go. The store associates represent the store image, and were cool.

SLY is a shop for gal style fashion on 2nd basement floor in Shibuya 109.
The recent gal brand is in more natural style and we can take time to look around as the staff doesn't come to talk to us.
There were about 5 shop assistants there, I guess. Their make up and hair style are perfect and match the brand image. The staff greeted us in pretty voices 'Can I help you...' and 'Please feel free looking around' and the shop was lively and it was nice.
I didn't buy anything but I thought the sizing was smaller side for being gal fashion. It's easy to go in compare to other shops in 109 and it looks nice.

About 2 years ago, I stopped by Marronnier Gate in August. Since I like gyaru brand [gyaru : Japanese young women adhering to fashion trend usually marked by brown or blond-dyed hair], I found SLY and looked around the shop. There were some items on sale. A salesclerk came to me and explained. I left the shop once but I came back, and she said "welcome back". I felt good. There was only one left of the bordeaux peplum top. I thought it's too early to buy it for next season but I decided to buy it. I was trying to find something else not on sale, but I couldn't find any. So I bought the top only. I got a shop free paper. That was nice.
