It's on the basement floor in a building located in the Arcade Street near Sendai station and it might be a bit difficult to find. The inside look stretching to the back and there are always a few shop assistants who casually talk to the customers. I thought they were fairly nice as they were never too pushy. Many customers are young from students to in their early 20's. They have many varieties of original and used 'loose-fluffy' girlie items.
