I always think the way they approach to the customers is modest and not actively come to talk to.
Perhaps because the store is within subway passage and there are many people just window shopping, I suppose.
More like looking around the shop from one side to the other, just ask for your size, not much recommendations coming from the staff and the customers can take time to decide.
My impression was they kept this way because there were wide varieties of size range on shoes, not like clothes and they would have no stock left at the end of the season as a result of not keeping too many shoes as a start with.
