It was easy to go in as I could hear shop assistants talking when I went to the shop.
It was nice as they politely answered my questions about co-ordination and I wanted to go again.
Only one thing I thought it was a shame was that some shop assistants weren't as nice as others when they served customers.
I wondered if the staff training was individually given in the proper way.
