I went to GU newly opened on the 1st basement floor in Yokohama VIVRE. I bought a pair of lovely Blue skinny trousers without trying them on as the price was reasonable. However, I found they didn't fit me when I tried them at home. I went back to the shop with the receipt on the following day without expecting anything and asked if they could exchange them to my size. The staff nicely served me and brought the same item in my size. They also put several bags together into one bag for customers. They were very kind.
The inside had wide aisles, based on White and it was bright and easy to shop. The location was very close from Yokohama station and I want to pop in GU when I go to Yokohama from now on.
