I determined to shop in here if I wanted to buy something trendy with low price. I went to look for the all in one, but in the end, kids clothing caught my eyes, and bought a t-shirt. It was Sunday and there was a long line by the cashier. But there were only two store associates that were in cashier and one of them was in panic dealing with refund. Soon after the other store associate noticed it, and opened a new cashier and polietly apoligized me for the wait. I believe she was a foreigner, but her Japanese was fluent, and worked quickly. Not only for this particular store, but H&M in general, they were too big to find things you wanted.
