I bought a jersey top. I fell in love with this top in Japanese pattern and went to this shop for the first time. It looked a bit darker compare to other shops but the staff was very kind and cheerful, we talked a lot about the items with Japanese patterns and designs. There were many lovely clothes and small items in Japanese taste and wanted to buy a lot. The top I bought was made by cool material and I wore it a lot in Summer. I got many nice compliments from friends and family and I was very pleased with the purchase. I go to this shop since. It's recommended to anyone who loves Japanese patterns.
I love fast fashion and my favourite is BERSHKA.
The shop assistants seem to be a bit mature but they kindly listen to me so it's easy to shop.
I bought anklets, a cardigan and a bag. The anklets had several charms and they were a set of 5 in Gold, Silver, Rose Gold etc., I bought them as they were cute and reasonable.
The bag was made by fabric and it was toss up between Ivory or Black and I asked the staff who suggested that Ivory was more like Summer-ish so I bought it.
The staff never talk to us without any intention so we can ask them when needed and try the clothes on at our own pace. It's an advantage to be able to pop in when I go grocery shopping as the shop is in AEON.
Although I thought the shops were only in Tokyo, I recently found there was one nearby and went there. I wasn't totally happy with the service in Tokyo shops as they seemed to be busy. However, the staff in this nearby shop was kind and I was surprised.
They brought the items in different sizes when I tried them on and came out of the fitting room, they kindly listened to my problem for colours etc. They also gave me some advice if those items would suit with my own clothes or what sort of occasions I could wear them, so I could add different variations in my wardrobe. I was pleased that they looked exactly as I expected when I went home and co-ordinate with other clothes. I want to shop there again.
It became my favourite shop since the first time I went there after my friend recommended.
The inside is very big and the layout of the clothes is easy to look at.
My favourite items are denim trousers. There are many varieties of size range and the shape looks very nice when wearing, and the price is reasonable, so I want to have them as many pairs as possible.
I tended to choose darker colours as I was concerned about my big thighs. I was pleased with the shop assistant kindly answered me when I asked 'Which colour makes my legs look slimmer?'
I didn’t have any plan to buy at that day, but shop staffs’ customer service was so good that I couldn’t help but buy one. I was looking at skirts for preview cuz it was before a bargain and I was going to buy one on sale. But she was so kind! She looked for & brought various tops to match the skirt, or asked me clothes I already had and suggested some coordination.. She was a hardest worker and willing to wait on me. She was awesome and I thought I wanna wear it soon, then finally I bought. I’m going to speak to her again!
