This is the shop I went to buy a suit for looking for a job. I often go to the shop, and I usually buy casual items only. So I didn't have a chance to look for a suit. This time, a salesclerk that I know checked the length of the suit and the design for me. Any salesclerks in the shop are so polite and nice. They also arrange the hem-up immediately, so it was smooth shopping from the beginning. There are a variety of casual items, and they always send me a direct mail to let me know that they have sale and days for good bargain shopping point.
When I went to the checkout, there was a 20's male salesclerk looking back and didn't notice me at all. Finally he noticed me but didn't say anything and did the checkout bluntly. He didn't even say sorry for waiting or welcome. I was so upset so I told him a complain. He said that we say only thank-you at the end. That was rude. As he said, their education is that they say only thank-you. But the education is that they don't say welcome and we're sorry without any smiles and don't even notice a customer waiting. Customers should be upset with the attitude such as perfunctory apology! I will never go there.
I bought a cardigan, hoodie, dress and trousers for kids.
They were already reduced but a shop assistant with a smile gave me a piece of paper that clearly showed about the further discount. Also other shop assistant said 'Can I help you?' with a smile when we passed by. The cashier kindly asked me 'You'll get 30% discount if you add another item. What would you like to do?'. They remind customers that kind of offer. It's very nice for the customers who don't know such offer available at the tills.
