The store owner's attitude was horrible. I bought a small goodie, and I found a defect on it, so next day, I came to the store to ask if I could exchange. He promised me to exchange it but he was as if to say to return it before use it, and it was customer's fault thay I did not look carefully. I was not complaining to the store, in fact I was only complaining to the manufacturers, but the owner's look, attitude, and the way he spoke to me made me very uncomfortable. If you were not careful enough, you would not have noticed it. Other people would notice after the small damage gets bigger.
