I went in this shop for the first time, attracted by the down jacket worn by a mannequin placed on the aisle side.
Because I wasn't keen on being served by staff, I was secretly looking at it. However, I could try it on without worrying anything as suggested by a shop assistant with a lovely smile. Although they didn't have the colour and size I wanted (Grey in medium size), she politely said 'I could order it for you if some other shops have it'.
I asked her to order it for me as I thought I could count on her. The shop and the building are all crowded during weekends and Bank Holiday time, but if you go there first thing in the morning (it opens from 9am), you can take time to look around as there are not so many people at all.
