I popped in there during the sale period.
I didn't have anything in mind but I tried on a skirt and knitwear.
I liked and decided to buy them both. I preferably wanted the knitwear in White or Camel colour but it was only available in Black in their stock. When I asked a shop assistant but she said 'We only have it in Black' as expected. However, she said 'If you don't mind with something similar' then went towards back of the shop that was crowded and. I waited a little while and she brought knitwear in Camel-like colour that looked thick.
It was cute but I didn't choose it as I felt it was too thick for going to Spring. I was impressed with the staff's kind thought, though. During the busy sale period, they could be irresponsible for serving customers but she kindly made suggestions. It made me feel I wanted to go again!
