I went to that shop to buy a new lip balm.
The item I wanted to buy was introduced online as a popular lip balm for 'spouse hunting' gear . I was worried a bit because it was the first time for me to buy make up items at a department store, however the shop assistant was very nice and let me try 2 different colours.
While I was trying, she also offered a wet towel to my friend who came with me, for refreshing, as well as explaining about colour variations in details. I wanted to see different lip balms in other shops so I put it on my short list. When I went back on the same day, another staff also kindly assisted me and I bought it.
They offer name engraving service on the lip balm case, it was done no time. I was so surprised. I'm taking care of my lip balm. I'd like to go to that shop again.
