The staff is wonderful. The way they serve customers and deal with us is brilliant. Because they have a list that documented the items we purchased in the past, we never accidentally buy same items. I also think that's a good idea that they occasionally have some promotional events at different sections each time. It's in Hankyu department store and the staff came to talk to me, and we have been keeping our good staff-customer relationship since. Thank you.
Father's day was around the corner so I went to shopping to buy some gift, and I bought a polo shirt that caught my eyes on the way. It would going to be very hot in this season, and I liked how the fabric feels. I bought something from them for the first time, but the store associates helped me choose the present thinking about my father's age. I was very looking forward for my father to wear it. I cannot wait for the father's day now since I have my confident that he would like it thanks to the store associates.
I went shopping to buy a wedding gift for my friend who got married the other day. I received the apron from the same brand as a wedding gift, so I went to look for the same one. This store was located inside the department store, so it was neat and nice. Since they did not carry aprons at the store, so I asked them for them, and they broght me aprons from the back, and asked my budget and dealt with me, so thanks to them I could choose perfect wedding gifts. I was in hurry on that day, so I asked them to hold them for me, and I came to pick up the next day, but they dealt with me smoothly, and I liked how the person who served me dare came out to the store and gave them to me, and I enjoyed my shopping
It's a department store but has a down to earth atmosphere. There is a Hanshin Tigers' shop for enthusiasts. The food section on the basement floor is ever so cheerful and always busy. It's a kind of 'love or hate' shop but I think you can enjoy there.
