I went to this shop to buy a bag I wanted for a long time. I asked a shop assistant to show me the bag in both Monogram and Damier.
She treated me very kindly without any annoying face.
She said 'Please hold them both' and I bought one after the long consideration in front of the mirror. She was very nice and happily accepted when I asked her to engrave my name on a key case I bought some time ago. It's a shop I want to visit again.
The shop is on 2nd floor in Izutsuya Main Building. You can take items that are on the shelves for close look and it's easy to go in as the shop has a open atmosphere. The shop is not very big but if the items that you want to look at or in different colours or sizes are not on the shelves, the staff bring them to you straight away.
I went to that shop for a bag. A shop assistant came to talk to me as soon as I went in. To be honest, I wanted to take time to look but I guess that was the shop's policy. She explained the bags' good points to me, I was just listening to her. I felt a bit tired but I thought perhaps there were many recommended points as the items were obviously nice.
I went to that shop last month for a bag. I already decided to buy one but couldn't choose which bag out of 3. Then I asked a shop assistant which would be easiest to co-ordinate with outfit and she kindly answered. She wasn't too pushy so I could take time to look around and shop. The shop is cute but at the same time it's luxurious and chic as well.
The shop is wide and designed to look over the whole shop without going in so easy to get in.
I was drawn into an item in show window outside and a shop assistant came to talk to me when I was staring at it. She said it has colour variations. She was very efficient, I thought if what I wanted was shown on my face as the timing was perfect. That was then I realised the professionals could read customers' mind by looking their face expressions or behaviour.
When I went to look what I liked, the staff showed me some similar items and I could have more options to choose from. The items she showed me were more reasonable than the one I originally went for so I could feel that she wanted to offer me what I really liked.
I loved the watches from this brand and went to Ogura Izutsuya to see the real one.
The staff was friendly and came to talk to me, it was easy to look around. It's easy to go into the shop because of that nice atmosphere. I'll be going there again.
I just wondered around inside the shop as I didn't have much time. As soon as I got in there, a shop assistant came to talk to me. I told her that I was just looking as I didn't have time. She noticed my tummy (last month of pregnancy) and said 'Please bring your child next time'. I appreciated her thoughtful words and she wasn't just showing and selling.
when I told the staff what I was looking for, what size and what for, a shop assistant brought many items from here and there so it was easy to think and compare. Also they offered me a sofa and said 'Please have a sit here' so I could have a rest, particularly tiring feet. I enjoyed shopping and I want to go there again.
The shop is very luxurious and a staff kindly explains about the items. I was looking one for gift and the other for myself. The staff asked me the age, gender and what (s)he was like then recommended several items. I was shown colour variations and co-ordinations. Very polite and in details but it wasn't pushy at all so I liked the way they treat customers.
