The shop assistants are always not available in the shop. All of them stay in the back room and sometimes come out when customers came in. It a shoplifting free zone. lol lol When they are in the shop, they just chat. lol Do they have any motivation for work? One my friends applied for a part time job and had an interview as she wanted to work in the fashion industries. Despite they told her that she would definitely receive the result by phone, nothing happened. lol That's too rude. Also that back room is used to stock clothes and I heard that the smell of food was badly transferred to the clothes as they eat in that room. Eat in the staff room.
This is my favorite brand, and if I wanted to buy clothing, this is the first place to shop. I usually look on the internet for their items, then go to store and see the items for myself and decide weather I would buy or not. This time I bought some clothing for travel & spring-summer clothing (a long cardigan and a seven-tenth length cut-sew). I almost decided not to buy the cut-sew since when I see in person it wasn't what I thought it was, but the store associate taught me pairing up with inner or bottoms that go well with so I decided to buy in the end. The store associates from this store would keep a good distance with the customer, so you can see clothing at your own pace. They were not like salesmen, but they would greet you, and their customer service were excellent individually so the store associates were always caught by the customers lol I thought there were many store associates who were excellent in customer service!
