Bought a V-neck T-shirt and a pair of boxer shorts from the men's AIRism range for dad's gift, as his request. The staff kindly told me about the sizes when I asked. The shop is within a huge shopping mall and the inside of the shop is very big. I often go there as the staff keeps items tidy and I can shop comfortably. When I asked for gift wrapping, the staff explained that there were 2 different styles. I was satisfied that she politely wrapped them in front of me.

Although the shop was very crowded due to bank holiday, I was impressed with the shop assistants who efficiently served, taking order for alterations and tidying the items. I hesitated to ask when they were busy but asked the staff about coordination for job hunting activity and I was pleased that she kindly gave me some advice without any annoying face. I could see that their staff training had been efficiently given as they gave shopping baskets as soon as they saw customers who were awkwardly holding items in their hands, and they looked after some cranky kids.

Because there were many wide-brimmed cute hats on display this year, I wanted and was looking for it. When went in the shop, I saw many items that they wanted to sell and I could easily see what their current recommendation was. I felt that there were many hats at men's section but less varieties at ladies'. It also looked like the same at ARROWS but they had more hats than other shops. I bought a standard Black hat as there were many in stock, but it was a shame as I also wanted to buy it in other colours, the staff apologetically served me. She gave me the information on the next stock and I was satisfied with my purchase.

I bought some practical underwear including Heattech. The male and female shop assistants are half and half. There wasn't mature staff and most looked like in their 20's to 30's. There are many shop assistant who know the shop layout and items very well, and they efficiently deal with my queries every time. Because the shop is always busy and the staff is moving around, I don't feel any inconvenience when I want to ask where items are, but it's difficult to ask for their help as they don't spend much time to each customer to give coordination advice. The shop is very big and often crowded. The inside display isn't tidy and a bit difficult to find items. Although I went to check Heattech items that was featured in ads, the display was not straightforward and even the bargain items were very difficult to find. The staff soon showed me around when asked. I could decide straight away as she explained about the size range and design variations precisely. The item display isn't perfectly done, but I don't have any issue as long as I can ask shop assistant as they have wide knowledge about items. However I feel that it isn't easy to shop overall as it's difficult to get shop assistants when the shop is crowded.

I bought a Pink Magic Snood in last Autumn. I also looked at some knitwear. There are many fashionable female shop assistants who are in their mid 20's, and their advice is perfect and I can trust them as they sufficiently point out inconvenient issues. The shop that is on the 2nd floor in LAZONA is easy to go in as there are not clear boundaries between the aisles and the shop. There are always a few mannequins that wear seasonal items, and they are eye catching. Because we can see the items in the shop from outside, I often find the items I like and happen to pop in despite I didn't have any intention to go in. I saw the item from outside the shop by chance and went in when I bought the Magic Snood. I asked how to use it and the staff demonstrated several ways. I recently liked the knitwear on a mannequin and popped in to ask, same as I did to the snood. Then the staff said that she wouldn't recommend this to me. Because it was purposely made bigger as the design, it was too big for me who was shorter than 150cm. It didn't suit me actually. It was very trustworthy that the shop has such staff who points out the inconvenient issues, rather than just giving us nice compliment.

I often buy at this shop. Most shop assistants are female who look like in their 20's and very fashionable! They are efficiently using the small items and well take care of their finger nails, I can learn a lot from them to think the total coordination regardless of whether the items from this shop or not. The shop isn't very big but there are quite many items. However its layout is a bit difficult to see what items are where. Therefore it would be quicker and efficient to get the staff to bring the appropriate items from each section by asking, for instance, 'I'm looking for some tops in Bordeaux colour'. I went to check the actual cardigan that was featured in this season's Styling Book. Because the cardigan had no item numbers in the catalogue, I asked the staff to bring some potential items that could be. She also brought something similar and gave me some coordination ideas. I enjoyed shopping and the lovely conversation. It's a shop I want to go again.

Went to the shop because I wanted to buy a new girlie style dress for dating. The inside was tidy and I couldn't help looking around as there were many items. I couldn't decide what to buy but the staff noticed me and I could buy with confidence as she listened to me then gave me some coordination advice. Because the shop assistants were wearing the actual items from the shop, it was easy to see what they would look like, rather than looking at them on the mannequins, and my purchase desire got higher. Because of their service, I want to go again.

I went to look for a cardigan because it was suddenly getting colder. Although I was going to buy only a cardigan, the Autumn items were already in and I happened to buy many items such as knitwear and trench coat that I would be able to wear a lot from this season on. It was helpful that the staff politely told me the patterns, colours and coordination that would be trendy this season. All the mannequins were in good fashion sense and it was enjoyable just by looking. I could also learn from them as it looked easy to copy even by me who wasn't good at thinking of coordination.

I was looking for a wide-brimmed straw hat. Went in MOUSSY and it was very crowded with many customers as they had a sale. There was a hat I was keen on but I couldn't find any in the shop apart from the one that a mannequin was wearing. I tried it on in front of a mirror as the design was cute and I liked it. Because I didn't know the price, I looked for a shop assistant to ask but they were chatting each other laughing. Although I said 'Excuse me', they didn't seem to hear me. I wasn't sure whether they were just concentrating to their chat or the BGM in the shop was too loud, but I lost purchase desire and I didn't buy it as I couldn't even ask the price or the shop assistants didn't notice me. I'm wondering if it improves for better shopping experience next time.

Bought a White jersey top. When I was looking around, a shop assistant came to ask what I was looking for. I told her that there was an item I liked but it looked difficult to coordinate. Then she gave me some advice. She gave me some examples that would make the item look cute as well as showing me coordination with other items in the shop. I liked her as she wasn't too pushy. I often go to this shop and the items are always well placed, they are easy to look at. When I said that I noticed the folding crease, she politely ironed it without any annoying face.
