I bought a Grey coat at their new year's sale. I went round many other shops but the coat in this shop was the best in shape and length was perfect for me. The coat I liked was only one left that was also used for trying so I said I wanted a new one then the staff rang other branches around and arranged to send it to my home address free of charge.
The free postage was supposed to be depending on the amount we spent, but I was very pleased that she kindly served me despite the shop was crowded due to their sale period.
