Sometimes we go there to choose wife's clothes. The shop manager? normally serves us and all the shop assistants are nice. What can I say, the staff is modest and we don't feel any pressure that we have to buy clothes. (I'm not sure if it's good for their sales but it's helpful for customers.) My wife always emulates the outfit of the youngest staff there. lol Thank you in advance.
I used to go to L'EST ROSE often for more than 10 years, but I now just give a glance at the sale in a last few years as the staff's attitude is bad. I never liked the staff there, though. They never bother to talk to me since I gave birth and started taking my kid with me. Perhaps they don't think I would buy anything. Actually the staff said to me 'Do you come here often?' when I went there wearing casual clothes. I buy dresses and small items for wedding, boots in Winter. I even have a membership card but they say such a rude thing without remembering my face. Since then, I dress up in nice clothes when I go to L'EST ROSE.
Salesclerks look so not cool. Dark. It used to be good! I'll never go again.
When I was putting skirts against myself in the mirror as I wasn't sure the colour and co-ordination, a shop assistant noticed and talked to me. She got what I was normally wearing from the conversation and gave me some advice on colours and co-ordination. She had a lovely smile. The shop is big and we can take time to look around as the shop assistants don't come too close to us.
