The other day I ordered something online and went to a store for the pickup. The male store associates at the cashier and the male fitting room assistant were excellent in customer service. I go to Muji store in location around the Ohmiya, Sogo, Lumine, Yono AEON, Stella, but I could tell that the store associates in the Muji store were very polite and had received a great training of the customer service. I saw a comment saying that they kept talking each other and did not serve customer, but I think overall, they do an excellent customer service.
I went to the store the other day to kill time, the female store associate glared at me, and even thought there were customers right in front, she kept talking with the male store associate and that was uncomfortable. To be honest, I cannot believe how they behaved even though they worked receiving salaries. One female store associate who was chubby whose customer service was amazing, and it was really comfortable. The toner from Mujirushi was great for what you paid.
