I went to RODEO CROWNS the other day to buy boys jeans that were popular this year. I was annoyed by the shop assistants talking loudly as soon as I went in. One of them started talking to me saying 'Please look at them in the mirror, I'll get your size' when I took jeans to look at. I could understand if some staff who was doing her job properly said such, but it was very unpleasant because the staff was just having a private conversation louder and it was an obvious sales talk. I don't know if it was for sales or quota rather than recommending them that suited me, but only her feeling reached my mind that she wanted to push me to buy them. I eventually left the shop without buying anything.
The customer service is not bad, but cash machine is everything here.. No matter how I told & showed them a wrong bill, staffs said ‘The cash machine is right, so…’ They don’t seem to mind even though they mistake price or customers feel bad. So sorry.
Horrible shop! They handled money rough at cash desk and mis-operated cash register, what is more, they didn’t back the change! I inquired the head office but they just ignored… The head office and the hop said different things. What the staff said lacks consistency, at last, she disrespected me. SO horrible shop. I never want to go there!
Me and my friend went shopping to Kawasaki Lazona for first time. We wanted to go to RCWD (RODEO CROWNS WIDE BOWL)! Their items are in sporty casual style, suitable for all family members and my friend recently got hooked. Our purpose was to look their parkas! RODEO's parkas are in very beautiful shapes and produce the delicate body lines with the big hoods that add an extra volume! There were many varieties of colours this time so it was difficult to decide, in the end, one of us picked Green and Navy was chosen for the other. Their shopping bags were also cute and we were both very pleased with them. The staff served us nicely with a smile even though we tried the parkas on so many times, we could choose with ease! We want to go there again.
