Although I like DIOR and often go there, the staff who served me the other day was terrible (in short). There was only one other customer besides us. When I asked for base make-up, the staff led me without amiability or a smile. The explanation on the make-up items was done by fast-talk and I could feel that she just wanted to finish it off soon. After she put make up on my face, I decided to buy the beauty fluid and powder, then her attitude suddenly changed. Her face became smiley immediately and the way she served me completely changed. This is my guess but she must have thought 'Perhaps this customer won't buy' , ' I wanted the other customer to buy for sure rather than giving her time consuming base make-up'. Because I bought expensive items and it was within a department store, I was more annoyed. I'll buy my whole make-up range from other brands next time.
The store associates are polite and classy. Seibu-Tokorozawa is less crowded compared to the department stores in a big city, so I always come here when I shop.
We went there to buy a couple of pairs of sunglasses years ago.
The bags and small items were neatly displayed for easy look and I felt the shop was thoughtfully arranged everything in there.
The staff was also nice with a lovely smile, not too pushy but helped me to choose an item I liked.
Me and my friend who just went for sunglasses, bought bracelets as well because the staff was so nice.
Whether you want to buy anything or not, I felt the atmosphere and staff made customers feel buying something.
The inside is very tidy and it makes the shop bigger for that tidiness and cleanliness.
It's close from my work, I often go there. The staff was nice and recommended me in detail what would look nice on the certain occasion
