I bought a make-up bag at this shop. FRANCHE LIPPEE has established its own fashion scene from clothes to small items and the inside is also very cute in fairy tale style. The shop assistants in any FRANCHE LIPPEE shops seem to love the brand's items, and its clothes really suit them and they look cute. They always nicely serve me and I can be relaxing. There are many young girls in the shop. I was thinking about the colours for the make-up bag as there were 2 colours, and the staff seriously thought and said that White was cheerful and cute, Black wouldn't show the dirtiness. It's a lovely shop just by looking and I want you to visit there.
Although I couldn't talk to the staff much as the shop was crowded, the inside had a nice atmosphere. They let me use the fitting room that was situated towards the back and it was clean and easy to use. The staff explained me about the patterns when I made a payment. I had been thinking that was cute pattern and I was surprised to know it had such interesting meaning. It was helpful as she also explained me about the length of the skirt.
I went there because I liked the dresses from this brand. MARUI has more chic atmosphere compared to LUMINE. I bought a White lace dress that wasn't too formal and could be worn even as daily use, recommended by the staff. I want to wear it for my date as well. There were many Summer items and the point I chose MERCURY DUO was that the items were lovely, cute and looked chic. It was a right choice to come to MARUI as the display was neat and it was easy to look around.
I bought 2 tops and a skirt. Since I changed my job and chose a company that I can wear casual, I was looking for a cloth I want. I usually wear casual so I don't know how to wear conservative. So I asked a salesclerk, she showed me some items that are easy to coordinate and not too conservative. Compared to other shopping floors, there were not so many people and I could take some time to choose a cloth. I thought maybe it's not a good idea to wear casual when I go to the shop, but it doesn't matter at all. She was so nice to me ♪ I tried so many clothes but I chose only one, so I felt bad. She said that it's better to take some time to fill my closet so I felt much better. Lol I'll go visit again once I get used to it.
I bought a dress for a wedding reception.
I often go to this shop since I was a student. When I look at clothes, the staff comes and tells me 'You can try them on' but they never follow me around or being pushy with sales talk, so I can look around comfortably. I couldn't decide the colour this time and the staff gave me some colour impressions in detail saying 'This colour is so and so'...etc. She never pushed her opinion onto me but thought it with me. She also told me some co-ordination ideas politely and I was very satisfied with my purchase.
It's in the larger size specialist section on 5th floor in Shinjuku Marui. It's bigger and has more items, compare to Shinjuku Isetan Shop. The items are well categorized and it's easy to look at, the fitting rooms are big for getting changed easily, there is a big standing mirror as well.
There were many nice shop assistants who gave me some advice. I was pleased when they said 'Thank you for your custom' despite the last time I went there was 6 months ago.
There were 2 shop assistants who could speak English and I was surprised at them talking to overseas customers.
It's handy shop for anyone who needs larger size, as we can get almost everything including shoes and small items. They often give away some novelty items and I'm pleased when I get those.
I think it's very big as a FRANCHE LIPPEE shop in Tokyo.
COLETTE MARE is also quite big but it's in Kanagawa. It's unusual to see a shop that has a public road in between.
I didn't notice that there was another part of the shop opposite the road at the beginning.
Because of this, I could find bargains as there were some items that were sold out in other shops.
I tried a dress in bow patterns and the staff brought it in a different colour for me while I was in the fitting room. I was pleased with her thoughtful service despite the shop was busy for being a sale period.
I bought a coat a few days ago. I didn’t want this shop’s one at first, just thinking that I wanna buy one if I can find, so just looked around in the shop. Then a assistants spoke to me. She told me how to wear cuter to suit me, and gave me fun talk so I could enjoy shopping. I thank the staff to get a cute coat which suits me. Shop is bright and clean, too. I really wanna visit again!
There are so many brands and items so that you can get almost everything you want. Those brands are for a wide range of people, from youngsters to career women.
The inside is very tidy and bright, the toile is also clean. There is a bakery you can pop in on a way home when you feel peckish. They are so yummy and recommended.
