This is my favourite jewellery shop that I often do window shopping. I bought mother's day gift, a necklace that was a collaboration item with the Disney range, Beauty and the Beast. The staff served me was the shop manager and she was nice with a smile all the time. I don't normally like shop assistant who are too pushy and keep explaining in vain. However, this manager kept smiling that made me feel comfortable, and I never had unpleasant feeling towards her. I felt her professionalism that pulled out mum's preference and personality from casual conversation. I was very happy that I could buy a wonderful gift, helped by the staff with a lovely smile. Other shop assistants also greeted me with smiles and I feel this shop provides the sufficient staff training.
