I went to have a look of the new arrivals with my boyfriend. We were looking around the men's section and there was a male shop assistant there.
He went somewhere after a while and there was no staff in men's section despite there were some other customers.
We didn't particularly need any explanation on the items of didn't want to be served but I thought what kind of shop it was as no staff was found?
There weren't many shop assistants in ladies' section, either however some could help out in men's section even if they were not in charge of there. There were only customers there for half an hour. Normally the staff in ZARA is nice and I often buy there, so I was shocked.
