Horrible naughty staffs! They should change their workplace if they don’t like waiting on customer. Their attitude was quite childish, quite shameful. Agency visit is necessary.
The customer service is not bad, but cash machine is everything here.. No matter how I told & showed them a wrong bill, staffs said ‘The cash machine is right, so…’ They don’t seem to mind even though they mistake price or customers feel bad. So sorry.
Horrible shop! They handled money rough at cash desk and mis-operated cash register, what is more, they didn’t back the change! I inquired the head office but they just ignored… The head office and the hop said different things. What the staff said lacks consistency, at last, she disrespected me. SO horrible shop. I never want to go there!
I was just hanging around Lazona Kawasaki for shopping after 5:00pm on January 7th. I saw a poster said 20%~70% off on First Sale so at first I just looked at various shops. There were too many items I wanted, so I headed to earth music and ecology on 3rd floor, which has a big poster said ’70% off.’ It was after 5:00pm but the shop was filled with women and parents with kids. The price list on wall was very useful. When we saw the price tag said ’50% off’ or ’70% off’, we could know the discounted price soon. Also we could know the proper price and discounted price at the same time, we could realized beneficial feeling. I looked around every corner of shop. Then, I noticed that I purchased goods more than expected. The perfect size for me or my favorite color of 70%-off items was sold out soon. But, looked in a mirror, checked the price, and consulted my wallet, I finally purchased 2 knits, a knitted dress and a plaid shirt. All of them were less than 2,000yen and so cute. I can wear all soon. It was greatly pleased shopping.
I went there around valentine's Day time last year to buy my boyfriend's gift.
He wanted a coin purse with pass case.
There were 2 different coin purses there, one was smaller but it could take Suica card and the other was a smaller version of wallet. The price was much different between them. one was double the price.
When I was thinking over those 2, a male shop assistant came to talk to me so I asked him which would be popular for men. He answered without any grumpy face.
He never pushed the expensive one and was very kind. Even said to me 'Hope your boyfriend likes it' when I bought one. Their customer service was brilliant and it even made me think that I wouldn't go anywhere else for my future purchases!
I went to one of my favourite brands, URBAN RESEARCH.
Their items are well made but not very expensive, I love them.
When I went to Kawasaki to look for a pair of leather shoes and found a pair in URBAN RESEARCH. The staff who served me explained about the variations in detail. It's a shop you want to go again. One of my favourite brands.
There is a shopping mall called LAZONA Kawasaki directly connected from JR Kawasaki station. It's famous as the celebrities have events at the rest area. UNIQLO is on the ground floor, at the back. It's quite big with about 8 tills that can serve many customers. I bought a Black hat. There were many people there but I didn't have to wait because of the number of cashiers. I enjoyed shopping.
I thought CECIL McBEE was too young for me but I fell in love with the knitwear displayed on the mannequin. To me, their clothes were for someone like gals in Shibuya and I thought all the staff was gal type. However, it was easy to go in even for my age group and the staff kindly recommended me some skirts to cover my figure as well as the new arrivals for Autumn season. Although I went for just a knitwear, the price was reasonable so I happened to buy a skirt.
I'd never been to that shop before but it was very nice and I want to go there often.
I went to buy some clothes for my husband. I often go to ZARA as it has many items from casual style to formal wear and the designs are nice.
Many shop assistants in ZARA were fashionable and I totally relied on them when I chose. However there was a patterned cardigan that didn't match with my husband's image. According to the staff, she wanted him to wear for change, and added 'The cardigan was easy to co-ordinate if he mainly wore plain inner wear'.
I noticed that I always buy similar colours and designs so decided to buy that cardigan. My husband liked it and says he feels himself became fashionable when he is wearing it.
I was very happy with the staff who recommended something new based on my request and I want her to help me again..
I went to NANO･UNIVERSE Lazona Kawasaki shop the other day!
There, I bought 2 jackets, one for Autumn and the other for Winter. The shop assistants were all good looking and very NANO･UNIVERSE!
I bought a Black jacket and a skull cardigan!
I like them a lot as their sizing and shapes are nice!
Basically most staff are quiet, not too pushy so this shop is recommended for someone who doesn't like being talked to much!
