I normally go there during Golden Week or Summer holiday time. The items are easy to take to look at as they are neatly folded and it's attractive to be able to buy cheaper than the regular price for being outlet store. It's easy to go inside as the shop assistants create cheerful atmosphere. I'm happy to be able to purchase even cheaper at their limited hour sale. My camisole I bought 2 years ago is still in immaculate condition and I think the quality for those items is also good
I was impressed with the shop manager, she was nice and efficient. I asked her what to choose for my girlfriend's gift and the manager politely listened to me explaining what sort of type my girlfriend was and what her preference was. I bought a gift according to her (Perhaps Ms Marumo?) advice. My girlfriend had a problem on the item afterwards, the chain tangled up, then we went to the shop together. They kindly sorted it out. My girlfriend said she also became a fan of the manager. We are never keen on the staff showing 'I'll sell them to you' kind of attitude but Ms Mamoru was very down to earth and wonderful.
I went there!! It was DIESEL!! The inside looked chic and there were full of simple but cool items!
I fell in love at the first sight with the clothes a mannequin was wearing and I asked a shop assistant to take them off it then I tried them on!
I could try them on straight away as the staff quickly took them off without any grumpy face! I, of course, bought the jeans I liked.
GAP is popular indeed. It was quite crowded when I went in!
There looked all cute like striped items and denim trousers. I happened to buy a jumper I liked a lot.
I think it's easy to shop as we can use credit cards. The shop assistant was cheerful and very nice. I will go again.
The shop was New Open affected by Outlet-mall’s renovation, so it was very crowded. I was worried about taking too much time, but there was not much waiting time then I could purchase glasses & get it the day. I received glasses within 1 hour after I ordered it. There was in outlet-mall and I could kill my time at various shops, so I could do shopping without stress.
I went and bought a Christmas present. The outlet-mall was renovated so there were much more people than usual. Nevertheless shop assistants spoke to me and said, ’I’ll bring another size if you want.’ when I was looking at running shoes. The customer service was not different from the weekday’s when there is no crowd. If shops are busy assistants tend to wait on customers at random, but they didn’t. Thanks to them I could purchase new running shoes for next competition.
I went to INGNI in Toki Outlet mall on January 2nd. I arrived there around 4:00pm, but there was crowded as I expected and I took time to look at clothes. The shop’s atmosphere was fashionable & bright with staff’s good voice. Also every clothes is fashionable as far as I can see, it was very attractive that there were lots of clothes not only for middle and high-school students but also a wide age range of people. I purchased a red plaid skirt, a blue coat and a gray hoodie. I think I can wear the skirt all season, it’s great. Blue coat doesn’t look so warm but actually so warm that I can go anywhere wearing this. The hoodie matches skirts, also jeans, so quite easy to coordinate. If you are not good at coordination, I recommend hoodies. In fact I went out wearing the skirt and hoodie I bought, my friend told me those were so cute! I was very glad. I was also satisfied with the reasonable purchase thanks to a bargain sale.
I went to Toki Premium Outlet-mall around 5:00pm on January 2nd. Many people were going home but many cars also were going into. Maybe next day was New Year’s holiday for them. The parking area was all about timing and competition, lucky I could park soon. This outlet-mall opened and started First Sale from the day before, so lucky bags were already sold out in many shops. I wanted a lucky bag of BAGEL & BAGEL but it’s also sold out. There was no lucky bag but products became low-price on First Sale, it caused the shop crowded. I looked around the mall at first and I purchased assorted chocolates in lindt at last. Lindt had long line in front of cashiers as well and took about 10minutes for payment. Overall shops sold a set of many things and those were less than half-price from the proper. Very reasonable, I thought. But every shop was chaos so we couldn’t take our time to look at. I want to go and look around again after New Year’s holidays.
It was about 2 years ago at Toki Premium Outlet. I tried my best, went there early morning for new year sale.
I wasn't interested in lucky bags much but I bought one from AS KNOW AS which items were very much my type.
Because I got into the shop as soon as the door opened, it was so crowded. There were so many people and I didn't think I could buy a lucky bag at all. I chose one for 5,000yen out of 2 variations which the other one was sold for 10,000yen. Inside I found a Red coat, a Grey dress, a pair of Black trousers, a Brown knit wear, a Grey knit combo (a short sleeved knit and a long sleeved cardigan( and a Black combo, total of 6 items.
It was worth around 30,000yen. I thought it was value for money.
I wouldn't buy a Red coat for the retail price and I was pleased to have it for my new challenge. Other items were quite plain and useful as I could co-ordinate with my clothes I already had.
I bought a long sleeve jersey top at GAP in Toki Premium Outlet the other day.
This place is always crowded.and items are easily got messed up but the shop assistants tidied them up with a smile. Although that was their job, it made my shopping experience very pleasant.
I was looking for a tunic or an inner top to wear inside a waist coat. I saw a shopping table near the door offering some discount if you buy 2 items! so I bought 2, one in White and the other in Black as both colours could go well with almost anything. I normally take Medium but they were bigger side so chose Small that time. They were well made and didn't get misshaped even after so many washes. That was a good buy.
