I shopped at NATURAL BEAUTY BASIC in Lazona Kawasaki. The shopping mall itself was very crowded overall, because a singer of an ex-idol group would be coming to the event square as it was the beginning of the sale on the day. Although there were normally customers in there 20's to 30's in NATURAL BEAUTY BASIC, Many of elderly people and mums with high school age daughters were noticeable for the sale event. Most items were sold at the sale price and the items were placed on the shelves slightly messily. We had to wait for the fitting rooms and it had an atmosphere that we couldn't ask about sizing, colours in their stock as the staff seemed to be busy. I bought 2 pairs of trousers after tried them on but it was a hectic shopping as I felt I had to come out of the fitting room immediately because the staff called me as soon as I went in. The service in this shop is normally very good and it is a bit shame, but I always buy there because there were pretty nice items left even though they are the sale goods.
